But Elite specializes only on Sub Zero and that makes a huge difference when you are looking for a true expert repair. The technician quickly diagnosed the exact problem and had it fixed quickly....impressive that all parts needed for almost any repair is on the service truck. Our Sub Zero was 37 years old and the freezer quit working. Jaime and Michael came the next day to do a repair, but when they told me the cost, I realized we could buy a new refrigerator for that amount. Jaime agreed that with the age he could understand. Then he asked if he could have the old refrigerator to use in their shop for training. That turned out to be very fortuitous because when Lowe's brought the new refrigerator, they said they didn't know how to remove it without damaging walls. So I called Jaime and told them he would need to remove it. He expected that and came prepared with a dolly. He and Michael did an excellent job removing it, though they struggled with the 700-lb machine. They were very careful with the floor and furniture. I highly recommend them.
